Scope

FIRSTPRISE created and maintains the FIRSTPRISE.com website to provide a repository where you and your software experts, developers, users, and other interested parties may obtain and share information around FIRSTPRISE’s products and services, and other topics found on FIRSTPRISE.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms of use; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

FIRSTPRISE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, FIRSTPRISE grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Confidential Information

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks,  logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to FIRSTPRISE, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

You agree not to reproduce any content to which you are provided access through the FIRSTPRISE.com in any form except as authorized at the time of disclosure. Any reproduction of FIRSTPRISE content shall remain the property of FIRSTPRISE and shall contain any and all confidential or proprietary notices or legends which appear on the original. You agree to (a) take all reasonable steps (defined below) to keep all content strictly confidential; (b) to use content solely as authorized at the time of disclosure and (d) not to disclose any content to any party without the prior written consent of FIRSTPRISE.

Your information, privacy and data protection

FIRSTPRISE’s Privacy Policy applies to use of this Site, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. Additionally, by using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand and agree that FIRSTPRISE collects, uses, stores and otherwise processes your personal information and utilization data and may share such data with third party service providers for the purposes of improving or providing the Services subject to FIRSTPRISE’s Privacy Statement. Data to be processed includes your name, email address, and other information which may include but is not limited to your telephone number, and postal address.

You agree that FIRSTPRISE may access, preserve and disclose your personal information and/or content if required to do so by law or to: (i) comply with a legal process; (ii) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties or (iv) protect the rights, property or personal safety of FIRSTPRISE, users, and the public.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holder’s rights. You agree that FIRSTPRISE.com will not be used to infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of FIRSTPRISE or others in any way. Your use of the Site

You are permitted to access SAP.com and Use the Services Content and SAP Software solely for your personal, informational, noncommercial purposes.

FIRSTPRISE reserves the right to bar any such activity.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site.

You may not harvest, collect or store personal information or data of other users.

You may not forge email headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the services.

You may not violate any applicable local, state, national or international law and any regulations.

FIRSTPRISE DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
